“Selamat Datang”! Your Guide is there to greet you upon your arrival at the airport and welcomes you in Indonesian. You will then go directly to your hotel in the city of Jakarta, where your trip to Indonesia begins. After dropping off your belongings, relax from your hours of flying at your hotel

Familiarise yourself with the city on a full-day tour with your expert local leader. Take in Sunda Kelapa port – where the Dutch first landed, temple-filled Chinatown and the old town of Batavia. Wander about Fatahillah Square and visit a Chinese mansion (Chandra Naya) and gain an insight into the beautiful Peranakan architecture. Enjoy lunch at a Chinese restaurant that has been serving some of the city’s best and most authentic food for more than a century. After lunch, explore the religious side of the city at Cathedral Church and Istiqlal Mosque – the largest mosque in Southeast Asia.

Today there’s some distance to cover, so you will spend large chunk of the day travelling. Travel by train to Banjar City (approximately 6.5 hours), then take a private minibus to Batukaras (approximately 2 hours ). The fishing village and surfing hot spot of Batukaras is one of the most enjoyable places to kick back and surf in west Java. The calm and local sweetness will light up your holidays which you’ll see some of tomorrow!

Set off on a tour of the local surrounds, villages, cottage industries and the impressive Green Canyon. Your day trip begins with a stop at a local market to check out the produce and home industries such as palm sugar and rice cracker production, as well as the famous Javanese wayang golek (traditional wooden puppets). Then you’ll continue to the Green Canyon. Hop aboard your boat and travel upriver (approximately 30 minutes) through superb jungle scenery, before stopping for a swim up in the canyon itself. This spot, whose water is as green as its name suggests, is a popular hangout for locals, so take the opportunity to interact. Your day will take you to a nearby beach where you can have a break for lunch in the afternoon before heading back to your accommodation.

Batukaras Beach is popular among surfers, nationally and internationally. In addition to a relatively flat beach, Batukaras also has a small bay, so that surfers do not have to paddle too far to the starting point for wave. The main beach at Batukaras region was named Legokpari Beach. This beach is a favorite for beginner surfers, has waves that are not too high making it easier for every tourist who wants to try and learn to surf. Spend the night in Batukaras Beach.

Today we will visit The Nature Reserve is on the Peninsula of Pangandaran and includes  500 hectares with more than 700 different plants. We will do a trekking through the jungle for 4 to 5 hours. We will see waterfalls, one of the biggest flower in the world (Rafflesia Flower), a big variety of wild animals as, deer, porcupine, buffalo, grey/ black monkeys, tukan and so on. We end the walk on a white sand beach where you can do snorkelling or just relax. Spend the night at Lagoona Beach Bungalows.

In the morning we leave Pangandaran, we go sailing by boat along the river passing mangrove islands to Cilacap. Continue by car  straight to Dieng Plateau. This trip will give you  Java’s beautiful nature full with rice fields . Enjoy the scenery of the valley and the mountains. Spend  the night at  Dieng Plateau.

Wake up early morning, to make a trekking to one of the highest villages in Dieng 2300m above see level. From here we enjoy the stunning sunrise in a great surrounding of Merbabu and Sumbing mountain and the valley of Dieng. After this, we continue to visit  lake colours which have three different colours, Lake Pengilon, an active volcano. Back to the hotel to have breakfast and take a rest at the hotel. We continue the trip to Magelang, Visit  the famous Borobudur Temple. The massive stone stupa of Borobudur is one of the greatest of all ancient architectural monuments. Built with forced labour from the surrounding countryside between about AD 750 and 850, Borobudur predates Ankor Wat in Cambodia by three centuries. Through a Buddhist creation, it incorporates Persian, Babylonian and Greek influences. Also the nearby a smaller but of some importance Mendut temple.

Pedal out of the city on a cycling tour (approximately 6 km) through the rice fields and countryside surrounding Yogyakarta. See the locals in this area making various goods, from bricks to tofu and tempe. As well as palms and lush green grasslands, you will see the odd burst of yellow and pink flowers by the side of the road, which make for great photo opportunities. This cycling tour is on relatively flat ground, so it won’t be too strenuous. There will be ample time to take in all the interesting scenes of slow-paced local life. You will then have a free afternoon today and there are many activities for you to choose in Yogyakarta. Perhaps a cooking class to learn about Indonesian cuisine or salute to the sun with a yoga class – there is something for everyone!

The striking site of Prambanan

Today you will explore the Kota Gede district, a part of the old city of Yogyakarta and center of silver crafts. Then, you visit famous Hindu temple Prambanan – an ancient 10th-century Hindu temple on the outskirts of Yogyakarta. This magnificent World Heritage-listed site is the largest Hindu complex in Java. Set in a tranquil park, it is the perfect spot to stroll along the river and take in the sunset. Have your camera ready, as you’re sure to get some incredible shots. This evening, join your group for a performance of the epic Ramayana ballet and dine on delicious regional dishes over dinner.

After breakfast you visit the Kraton, the Sultan’s palace and the Taman Sari known as “the water tower”. You enjoy strolling and getting lost in the small surrounding streets, punctuated by numerous artists’ houses and local craft shops. In the afternoon we will go to Jepara  Travel by minivan from Yogyakarta to Jepara (approximately 3,5-4 Hours). and checking-in in Hotel in Jepara.

Travel by minivan from hotel to the port of Jepara (approximately 20 minutes). Then you’ll take a fast boat that takes you from Jepara to Karimun Java Island (approximately 1.5-2 hours).

Karimun jawa is an islands chain stretching in the north westerly direction 83 km from Jepara Central Java. This archipelagos is cluster of 27 islands with different characters in java sea. The reefs are mixture of fringing, barrier and patch bottom depth ranging from 15 to 40 meters. People call it “the jewel of java sea“ and this archipelagos have wonderful exotic view.

When we arrive check in to the hotel. Enjoy a relaxing day in this gorgeous beachside location. Explore the local area at your own pace. You could visit the surrounding the island or go swimming off the coast, Otherwise, simply sit back, relax and watch the fishermen go about their day-to-day on one of the beaches. Spent the night at the hotel.

Karimun is renowned for its snorkelling on the small island of karimun Java, not far from the coast.

Take a trip out to the nearby coral reef and enjoy some fantastic snorkelling off the boat. Stop in at a secluded island for lunch. Tonight, eat a fresh seafood barbecue on the beach. This is island living and relaxation at its best, so soak it all up!

The island is your oyster, so today you are completely free to relax or explore. Perhaps take in another snorkelling trip or If you are more in a lazy mood, take the opportunity to relax on the beach. This evening, enjoy an optional dinner on the beachfront as you reminisce on memories of your Java adventure.
